1. Nature of the service

This site lets you request a consultation, not book instantly. Every appointment is confirmed after review and a proposal.

2. Pricing and quotes

Work is quoted individually based on size, area and detail. Minimum project: $150,000 COP. We do not publish a price list.

3. Deposit

A deposit secures the appointment: $100,000 COP for work under $1,000,000, or 10% for larger work. It applies to the total and is non-refundable.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Both require at least 24 hours notice. The deposit is not returned; with timely notice it may be moved to the new appointment, at the studio’s discretion.

5. Age

Service is for adults 18 and over. A minor can only be tattooed with explicit written authorization from a parent or legal guardian, on the studio’s form (with the name, ID number and contact number of the person authorizing). Without the form, the minor must come with that person, whose identity and details are verified at the studio. All subject to applicable regulation.

6. Consent and health

An informed-consent form is signed before the procedure. You must disclose relevant health conditions. The studio may decline work for safety reasons or because it falls outside its specialty.

7. Designs and intellectual property

Each design is original and made for the client. The studio retains rights to images of its work and may publish them with the client's specific authorization. The site's content (brand, text, logo) belongs to Ander Tattoo Studio.

8. Liability

Aftercare is the client’s responsibility, following the instructions provided. The studio is not liable for results affected by failure to follow them.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Colombian law; disputes are submitted to the courts of Cali, Colombia.
