1. What we collect
Through the consultation form: name, contact details (WhatsApp/email), a description of your idea, a reference image, body area and size, style, budget range and availability.
Through the site: browsing and analytics data (see Cookies). Health details you share (allergies, skin conditions) are treated as sensitive data.
2. Purposes
To handle your request, prepare a proposal, schedule and deliver the service; to communicate with you; to keep a record of the relationship; and, with your specific authorization, to publish photos of your tattoo on our channels.
3. Sensitive data
We only process it with your explicit authorization and for the stated purposes. You are not required to provide it.
4. Authorization
By sending the form you accept this policy and authorize the processing described. Publishing photographs requires an additional, specific authorization.
5. Your rights (Law 1581)
Access, update and correct your data; request proof of authorization; be informed of its use; file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce; and revoke authorization or request deletion where applicable. Write to tattoo@andertattoostudio.com.
6. Minors
We do not serve or process data of anyone under 18 without written authorization from their parent or legal guardian (on the studio's form), or without that person coming with them to the studio, where their details are verified. The details of the person authorizing are processed only to confirm the authorization.
7. International transfer
Analytics tools may transfer data to servers outside Colombia (for example, the United States). They only run after you consent in the cookie notice.
8. Retention and security
We keep data for the duration of the relationship and as legally required, applying reasonable security measures.
9. Effective date
This policy applies from its publication; changes will be posted on the site.
